I traveled to Chitrakoot specifically so that I could have the darshan of Lord Hanuman. It had long been a dream of mine to visit this place to seek Lord Hanuman's blessings in Chitrakoot and to see Ramghat. Words simply fail me when trying to describe just how beautiful this temple is; I am truly at a loss for words. To reach the site, you must undertake an uphill climb, although other modes of transport are available as well. However, I would strongly recommend that you make the ascent on foot. You won't even realize when you reached the top or when you made your way back down! After having Lord Hanuman's darshan, be sure to visit Sita Rasoi as well; you will find that experience equally delightful.
